Fri-Sun/ Team B arrives!!!

We've been making great strides in rehearsal last week.

Friday
When Rebecca and Charlotte and I arrived we began setting up for a stagger though of Act Two. For those who are familiar of the play already Ron has made a few edits re writes to the ending which should be interesting to see when we open. At lunchtime EE was down so some of us couldn't use their phone for six hours (Except me as I'm with O2). After lunch we re set ready for a run of Act 2 which went smoothly.
That evening the cast and crew of the current company attended an event run by FESPA (Friends of East Suffolk Performing Arts) mingling with members talking to them about the upcoming season and what our role is in the company. Our friend and company stalwart Sidi Scott even managed to attend!

Saturday
We had a slightly earlier start today as Ron wanted to begin a dress run of Act One and Two at 10:00 so Charlotte, Rebecca and I had a 9:00 start, the actors arrived at 9:30. Charlotte and I even dressed into our Nurses costumes ready for our roles in the play as well. The run went well that morning. I made a few errors but nothing can't can't be improved and Ron is thinking of things for Charlotte and I to do during scene changes because of the amount of time there is to fill between the scenes and quick changes for some of the actors.
Today also marks the BIG MOVE IN to St Felix.

Sunday
Today we had a day off. So what did we do with it? We made Sunday a fun day before going back to a manic Monday (paraphrasing the Bangles). I met up with Joe, Miri, both Charlotte's, Claire  who were already having lunch and Darrell who arrived at the same time as me at the Bell Inn in Walberswick. Afterwards we hit the beach experiencing the sun, sea and sand the village had to offer. We didn't have the beach to ourselves as there were hundreds if not thousands of people, mostly families with their kids.

Team B Arrives!!!
This evening we met the new cast and crew who are joining our company this year to start rehearsing the second play of the season A Daughters a Daughter. The new cast include Naomi, Tessa, Rosanna, Laura, Rick, Tom, Morgan, and India who is also ASMing the show as well. Stage management include Hannah who wasn't present at the time and Kitty and the shows director Phil! The evening was a nice meet and greet as well as catching up with old faces who we've worked with before.
